Student Team Contributes to Finalist Spot in Play Everywhere Challenge
The design team includes Elisa Laurini, Claire McDermott, Kristen Reifschneider, and Elsa Reifsteck, all Master of Architecture students. Development of the competition entry was coordinated by University of Illinois Extension. The team’s contribution grew out of Dearborn’s spring 2016 graduate design studio, which was devoted to developing design interventions to create a healthy “Heart of Peoria” in the city’s south side neighborhood.
