Scott Murray and Marci Uihlein have been selected to present their research at the conference of the Building Technology Educators’ Society (BTES) in Des Moines, Iowa, in June.

Thulasi Ram Khamma, a doctoral student working with Associate Professor Mohamed Boubekri, was awarded a national-level Environmental Defense Fund Climate Corps (EDF CC) Fellowship for summer 2017.

Assistant Professor Yun Kyu Yi, along with several colleagues, were chosen to have their article titled “Programmable Kiri-Kirigami Metamaterials” published on Advanced Science News’ website. Read the article.

The Association of Collegiate Schools of Architecture (ACSA) has just launched the Journal of Technology | Architecture + Design (TAD), the first new journal published by the association in over 70 years. Marci Uihlein was instrumental in the journal’s founding and now serves on its inaugural editorial board.
