“RISE 78 features a series of shifting, twisting levels that carve out outdoor terraces, “backyards in the sky.” These landscaped spaces bring light, air, and greenery into the vertical environment while fostering smaller neighborhoods throughout the building.”

“For their new building in Humboldt Park, UrbanTheater Company enlisted students in the Chicago Studio program at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign’s architecture school, under the direction of Bridget Benge, to create conceptual renderings.
