Nomas SmithGroup Visit

Hello Architecture Students,
NOMAS is pleased to announce that architects from SmithGroup, along with alumni of the Illinois School of Architecture, will join us on Friday, March 6, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM in Temple Hoyne Buell Hall's Atrium for a presentation on professional life in an architecture firm. Our guests will share insights into their day‑to‑day work, their paths to licensure, and their involvement in professional organizations.
This session will offer an inside look at the work they do within their firms. There will be dedicated time for student questions related to careers in architecture, firm culture, and the profession as a whole.
All students are encouraged to attend. Whether you are exploring architecture as a potential career or are already on the path, this is a valuable opportunity to learn directly from practicing professionals and connect with alumni who have been in your shoes.
