Graduate Students Win Chicago Women in Architecture Scholarships
Widya Ramadhani is in her final year of the Master of Architecture program. She has a special interest in architecture and its relation to human health and wellbeing. She also enjoys writing and doing research related to participatory design methods in architecture and social behavioral factors in design. She hopes to continue her passion in healthcare architecture and research after her graduation in May next year.
Wanwan Shao is a second-year student in the Master of Architecture program. Her concentration is in cultural architecture and health care architectural design. Because she has been involved in many events with people from various cultural backgrounds in academic and professional work, voluntary work, and conferences, she is experienced at adapting herself to thrive in a global environment. She hopes to pursue a career in architectural design in the states after her graduation in May next year.
