Erlanger Evenings
Erlanger Evenings are academic events organized by PhD students from Architecture and Landscape Architecture programs at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. They create an interdisciplinary space of debate and crosspollination among students and professors at UIUC.
Non-PhD students are invited to come and experience a PhD Community Event, as part of a community outreach effort to strengthen the program with the schools.
In this opportunity we will have the following presentations:
- Nikolai Alvarado (Assistant Professor at the Department of Geography and Geographic information science), who will present Urban Infrastructures and Migrant Citizenships
- Soumya Dasgupta(PhD Student at the Department of Architecture) who will present Intersections of architectural history and postcolonial studies
