FAA Student Team Wins CoreNet Academic Challenge
After a review of applications received from academic institutions around the world, four teams of finalists were invited to compete at the October CoreNet Global Summit in Philadelphia. Students drew on their college experiences to address how companies can not only appeal to the next generation of workers but also help them be productive and motivated over their careers. With students majoring in architecture, urban planning, and economics, the Illinois team emphasized in the winning solution the conditions of the workspace, approaches to job flexibility, and the effective integration of technology.
