Location: Temple Hoyne Buell Hall, Blicharski Atrium and TBH Gallery, 611 East Lorado Taft Drive, Champaign, Illinois
This exhibition will feature four historic exhibits showing the work of former University of Illinois School of Architecture professors, curated by their students and colleagues:
- “John Gordon Replinger: The Art & Craft of Dwelling,” curated by Bruce Hutchings in 1985.
- “Space, Movement, and Light: The Architecture of Jack Sherman Baker, FAIA,” curated by Paul J.Armstrong and Jeffery S. Poss in 1997.
- “Antiphonal Quest (The Work of A. Richard Williams, FAIA, Architect),” curated by Charles Albanese in 2007.
- “Speculative Design of Future Cities: The Drawings of Gerald Exline,” curated by Tait Johnson in 2017.
Additionally, Gerry Exline will hold a drawing workshop in conjunction with his exhibit. This workshop is available to all generations of Illinois alumni!
